One question what is the difference between Austrian RIH and Dutch RIH?

Oops, sorry about the delay!
Anyway, as far as I know they are entirely separate companies. The Dutch version still (?) produces its own frames, whereas the Austrian ones (at least those starting from the 80s) are mainly re-decaled frames from other manufacturers.
