thank you for your comment solman, i got no idea with the switching sticker, this is my first steel frame and i found this frame on the sell-trade weboard, i'm not sure which model is even the seller LOL. but after serching, i found that the name on the frame is a bicycle shop in italy, maybe the last owner re-paint it. but the frame is in good condition and a serial number at the drop out.
but i love it anyway ;)

OK,makes sense. Many shops in Italy had "house"brands,many made by name makers and the shop would put their name on it. Romani frames and many others did that. I thought maybe you removed the Rossin and put those on. Looks to be quality. Enjoy
