hi, how you made a disc? Is this a custom wheel cover or what?

I like that! But if this is really a coaster gear hub I would put on a rear brake as well...

So it coasts? If so, spotty without two brakes. Even so, I like where you're heads at with this concept.

Looks nice. Is that a multi-speed rear hub? Also - how do you turn to the right with the front brake on the back of the fork?

so is there a sifter necessary for the s3x? how do you like it? ive heard there is a significant amount of play similar to slipping cogs when shifting.

Yep, it is definately one for the romantics B-). Although the shifter is indexed it is a bit like finding a gear in an old car. The lag on the hub is much like a chain with some play in it. Although noticeable not really an issue. The fun tho, Oh the fun! compensates for agricultural tech. I would never run it brklss liek. B-)
