The biggest impact on weight would be new wheels. I have Dura Ace c24's on my Allez. Would highly recommend. Mine is a in the upper 16lbs range I believe.

Thanks for the advice! a groupset upgrade would be nice. the wheelset will be the least one, i'm planning to upgrade the wheelset until it breaks, roads in the philippines are crappy :(
