Well it had a name once,my bet is it's Russian. Nice bike. How heavy? the Russians were rather stout and robust.

It was painter red and stickered as Diamant. One inch headtube, ITA bb, and cable stoppers instead of shifter pegs. I've seen one frame which looked pretty much the same and owner claimed it was VanTuyl.
