My UBI bike, an evolving work in progress. Currently setup as an eight speed internal gear cross/commuter bike.

NEAT Bikes 001, 57cm custom geometry. Lugged steel, stainless sliding dropouts.
Fork/Headset:
Redline Carbon 700c disc
Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Shimano 600 "Arabesque"
Pedals:
Wellgo flat/spd cheapo
Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
46 x 20 with nice KMC chain
Saddle/Seatpost:
always changing...
Brakes:
Avid BB7 mech.
Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Redline blue ano. disc hub, Velocity popsicle purple 32h rim, whatever tire it needs...
Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Sturmey Archer 8speed disc 36h, Velocity, and some rubber to roll on...
Accessories:
Oxidization until my lazy ass paints it.
