Velove Torro

Rides incredibly twitchy. Originally the Torro frames were made by ten-four. This one looks very similiar but is missing the aero elements. The frame is also from Poland but bought from and branded Velove. Not sure if it's the same guys under a new name or a copy of the older torro frames by different builders. If anybody has any info on the Torro situation please let me know!
