In found this trackbike years ago, the owner wanted to drill it for mounting brakes for city use. Luckily enough I bought it from him, it took me years collecting the Dura Ace parts. I'm glad I even found a Zullo engraved Dura Ace stem. Tiziano Zullo told me the bike was most likely made for Peter Pieters, and was spraypainted in the famous TVM team colours.
