Had the wrong cranks/bb at some point and inside of the crank arm of the spider was scraping onto the chainstay. Has Paint chips mostly on the rear triangle but no dents.

1) what is the year of the frame?
2) are the threads on the bottom bracket shell damaged (by having installed the wrong BB)?
