He gives the length, dingus. Measure your head tube and add spacer and stem height to find out if it works for you.
It should fit a up to a size 56, maybe even a 58 depending on the frames headtube.
For the record, I used to use a 28c tire with my Alpina F04 fork. Clearance was tight but it didn't rub.
