WTB: 50-52cm race Frameset, Easton TKO Handlebars

I'm looking for a 50-52cm frameset to build up as a race bike this year (I have just about all of the parts I'd really only be looking for a frameset and a decently high end 165 crank). I am 5'7" with a 30.5" inseam. Would like something like a Fuji Track Pro (I've owned an integrated seatpost one and would love to own another), Planet X carbon, Blue TR250, I'd even consider a reasonable Cervelo T3, Teschner, Dolan Forza, or Fuji Track Elite carbon for the absolute right price. Will drive within 3 hours from Northeast PA to pick up otherwise I'll be willing to pay for shipping.

Also looking for a set of 42cm Easton EC90 TKO bars for endurance races.
