I bet it's a long shot but I'm looking to buy a cannondale track fork. My frame is size 50 if that matters. If anyone has one lying around and willing to sell.

What's your budget?
Since the 50cm has the 35mm rake version you can use a ton of different stock forks. Once you get a paint match they'll essentially be the same thing as the original or better.
