I am in search of a phil wood, durace 7600, or chub hub wheelset. I would like the hubs to be laced to either velocity (b43, a23, deep v), h plus son (archetype, sl42, formation face, eero), HED (belgium series) or mavic (open pro) rims. I am looking to spend no more than $475 and that includes shipping. For example a phil wood wheelset would be more expensive than a dura ace build. So I would be willing to pay the max or close to it. Of course that will also vary depending on the build and its' condition.
