WTB: Various Parts for a 2011 Trek Gritty Fisher Commuter Frame.

I need everything, except for a frame, rear wheel, and fork. However, I would entertain the offer of a fork that had less than a 44 mm offset. Looking for reasonably priced items. Nothing too fancy. This will be a beater commuter. Crank arms must be 165 mm and 144 BCD. The seat post must be 25.4 mm and the headset must be for a threadless set up. As far as the Bottom Bracket, I need to find out what size spindle it takes. I would like a chain ring that is less than or equal to 44T. All parts should fit a Trek Gritty Fisher Commuter frame. Can't find a lot of information on the sizing of this frame. If you are in the know... please let me know!
