I'm being serious, i've been running gator skins on all the bikes (listed) so right now 3 bikes (kilo, dawes (beater), and Terraferma) for 2 years, and I ride 20 miles + per day. I wanna try some Randos for my dawes for riding to and from work, but honestly I don't think I'll find a better tire.

How do you like the KMC 101 devil? It's the most economically priced track chain I can afford. Does it provide a smooth ride worth the $?

And sweet flippin bike. I've got a kilo tt in the works and it's killing me not to have it finished yet.

Thanks man, I really love this bike, they're great bikes. I have both an Izumi chain (on my IRO) and this (KMC D101 Devil) and i'll say that the Devil is louder, but it's a great looking chain and you can tell it's beefy and strong. I'd recommend this or the KMC K710, they're only $10.45 SHIPPED on Tree Fort Bikes (http://www.treefortbikes.com/226_333222...) I hear that chain is amazing for the price. I'll be picking a few of them up to have in my parts bin as spares.

To add to what steelisreal says, the 710 is amazing for the price. I've run them on several of my bikes and I find they stretch less than anything else I've tried, including Izumi and HKK NJS-approved chains. Definitely a bit noisier and heavier, but totally worth it for the strength.

Coomer has got it, it's a little heavier, but in all honesty it's not a big deal, and at $10.45 shipped, it's an amazing value. Plus it looks great, being black/silver. I'll be getting a few like i said, much better value than my Izumi I'm running.

I will try the 710 at some point. I got impatient and bought the 101 before you told me it was noisy. Damn! But I will give the 101 a chance. One more week and my Kilo will be up and running.

Thanks, for a cheap bike it really is not bad at all. I love it a lot. With the sale of my '93 Cannondale, I'm trying to find a Bridgestone like yours, I just can't seem to locate one in my size and good condition.
