Are you not using spacers in some of the pictures?

No, just had a bunch of silver spacers from the shop in different sizes to help dial in fit before I cut the steerer and bought black ones

I just built my Cinelli up yesterday as well :) haha almost the same components as yours.

Yup the Parallax. We both have Omniums, All City cogs, stem and seatpost (well, your plan for the stem anyway)!
And yes I recognize this from reddit/Instagram :)
