Nice build and sorry for deleating your comment! I'm not saying Kang doesn't work hard but our priorities doen't allign. I would never post on instagram that a new batch is open and ask new customers to contact me if mails that are 8days old are still not answered. If I have a problem or question I want to be able to write a mail and get a response without having to wait two weeks. Funny thing is writing him on instagram gets you a fast response but he doesn't answer the questions but only say write me a mail or I'll answer next week. Imo Intend bc does this very well. Sometimes you have to wait 4 month for your order but they allways reply very fast to mails even on the weekend. This is the customerservice I want for this price.

Strange how he answered your email from a Thursday on the next Monday, which is like 4 days and not 2 weeks, and you are posting hateful comments for it on social media, and spamming on someone else’s unrelated bike here. Please don’t call it constructive criticism, it is not that.
Also I think you are expecting the same thing from two different companies here. Quokka is a one man operation + me for graphic design and web stuff, Intend is small I know but they have people dedicated to various tasks. Like for exemple, customer service.

We can have different oppions and spend our money at different bikes. No need to call me a hatefull spamer. If you don't care about mail respons time it's fine but If I care don't force me to buy from people that don't allign with those expectations.
