I bought this bike a few months back from Craigslist as a geared alternative to my main commuter, for longer rides or loops around the park. I couldn't resist the ridiculous colors and low price.

42cm Nitto B115 aluminum drop bars, Kalloy 60cm quill stem

Nashbar F1 Saddle, Bontrager aluminum post

Shimano 105

Wolber Super Champion Alpine rim, Shimano 105 hub, and 25c Nashbar tire
