and make sure you cover your bottom bracket and suck they paint is peel-able so it wont really matter if it gets in the bottombracket/headseat area but just use precautions aand cover vital spots of your bike

Hey Love the build!
I was wondering how the kagero fits. I found a deal on a 55cm kagero and I ride a 56cm track frame. I'm 5 foot 8 and what are your thoughts about sizing?

Thanks diggen your motobecane Aswell.
well I bought the large frame which is 55cm but center to top tube is 59. I didn't mind the extra sizing.
If I were you go with the medium size bro :)

Can you tell how much weight?

G0DLiK3_T3DDY says:

I'm just estimating. But I calculated by adding each component the other day and it was like 14lbs. But I have to weigh it just to find out.

Omniums are going to hit your chain stay. Get normal crank arms such as 75's and a wider bottom bracket like 110mm so it clears. I had Omniums when i first got my Kagero.

My word of advice.

Maybe your frame was too wide.
Mine has clearance. Not much but I have room (:
I'll post pics later today.

You'd might want to be careful with that, frames and crank arms both flex when pedaling hard. Hopefully they do clear because I'm excited to see them on here. Great frame choice.

What's up with the crank clearance? I want to buy a kagero frameset and omniums and that issue it´s a little bit annoying...

Posted over 11 years ago

G0DLiK3_T3DDY

G0DLiK3_T3DDY says:

Yeah they clear although when sprinting they hit. Just go to you lbs and get a spacer. They look sick on the Kagero.

I had on mind de BB spacer, does it hit even with the spacer?

I have the fork in the box still, I didn't have money to get it cut and I really don't want to cut it myself. I'll swap it on later on though.

I say keep the 105 on there, it looks good. And would make your Kagero a little different then everyone elses, but its up to you! Interested to see your build.
