Bought 5-10-14. Best bike I've ridden. Fits me and looks a million. Very, very light. So meant for track, so awesome outside of it. Took it for a 685km. touring adventure this summer. No problems whatsoever. Forever a keeper.

replace the wheelset and you will easily go under 6.8
Posted over 8 years ago
Yes i know - i just don't know which wheelset to replace it with. I'd really like some 30mm carbon clinchers or something, but in my economical situation that seems pretty optimistic...
Posted over 8 years ago
yeah heavy wheels for sure. maybe some campy low flange to carbon rims?

Thought I had commented on this one; that bike is crazy. Very easy on the eye.

Thanks a lot my friend! I think it looks better without the carbon wheels, but i agree! :)

I get ya', however: it's a modern spaceship bike, thus it also looks cool with some modern spaceship wheels :)

Nice but handlebars too big.
Posted about 9 years ago
Yeah, i know! I'm riding it with a 3T handlebar now, but haven't had the time to take photos ;)

I have only seen this once and only one time in person.
Absolutely beautiful.

you could put some risers and a steel lugged fork on this babe and be living the dream, based on your comment earlier i think.
Posted over 9 years ago
That would probably work - the tubes on this thing are rather thick though, so it would quickly look weird if the fork is too slim
Posted over 9 years ago
It would look similar to the way a Cannondale track or a look frame looks with a wound up or a lugged fork. Sometimes it's cool!

Cool! Looking really good!! Well spent those 1200 moneys! :)

Appreciate it man, yeah i've been quite lucky with good offers and all that! :)

What a tough choice,Masi or Pin.lol. Lucky man! As far as Aluminum ride problems,I had a carbon fork on a Trek SL and it was more than acceptable. Enjoy
Posted over 9 years ago
Hahaha yeah.. Tough decision! :D -well thanks, i'm glad to hear that - i've neve really ridden anything but steel - both my masi, my schroeder and my old motobecane, which you've seen, so it's nice to hear! Thanks a lot Sloman

Why do you need a light build? Isn't Denmark pretty flat?
Posted over 9 years ago
Yeah that's correct! Well, i think it's partly for accelerations - when we race each other in the streets and partly because of the satisfaction obtained when lifting your bike with your little finger
Posted over 9 years ago
Well don't take it as criticism - i can see why you might wonder and it's probably stupid too ;)
I'm in love with your Cdale Track btw! If you ever feel like selling.. well.. you know :D
Posted over 9 years ago
No no, it's no criticism, I was just curious.
I wish the Cdale was still mine :( I'm currently in a dispute with the buyer about payments, he's a serious asshole so I'll have to take him to court soon, not a problem though since I have a contract. If I manage to get her back I don't think I'll be selling :/
Posted over 9 years ago
Oh shit sorry to hear that man - people are dipshits sometimes :/ I hope you get her back safely - sounds reasonable
Posted over 9 years ago
flippin' SICK! wish I had the funds for a build like that. Rad bike, man
Posted over 9 years ago
Haha haha have fun getting the shit beAten out of you by the aluminum on the longer rides, but looks good
Posted over 9 years ago
Yeah i know :S But it's the only thing i have capable of looong rides - definately not my old road bikes and my mtb... But thanks :)

They're back. They are much better for the bike but risers are more fun, tho
