Paint and decals all look original. Certainly not a sprinter's bike- but otherwise use history unknown. The blue colour is much darker live- has a really fine flake in it that confuses the camera.

The way I understand the numbering is: serial number and PSM stamp on seat lug indicates built by Sante himself ,mid seventies and earlier. Serial number on lower head lug ,with PSM stamp on upper head lug indicates expanded production era ,with six builders working under Sante Pogliaghi's direct supervision-late seventies ,until about early 83. Then came the ones like mine- serial number still on lower head lug ,no PSM stamp- after the Rossin take over ,after Sante's retirement- but still built by one of the six builders who were building under Sante , and using the same methods. Got to be one of the only times where an association with Rossin can be seen as a negative ,no matter how slight!
