Traded a beater fixed gear for the frame, bought a bunch of used parts, boom, new to me road bike.

Scott C1 fork/ FSA headset

Shimano Ultegra/GXP bb

Cheap Wellgos to all city clips and straps

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
10spd/Ultegra

Ultegra 10spd

Easton Ec90/cheap eBay

Saddle/Seatpost:
91 Flite Ti/fake carbon fiber

Brakes:
Shimano 105

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Mavic Aksium

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Mavic Aksium

Accessories:
Little blinky lights...

I've been commuting on this bike more days then not. Maybe I'm getting too old for the fixie-commute life...

shifters are angled too low...may wanna fix that so that you can actually be somewhat comfortable. and the saddle nose can be adjusted slightly up, or the seatpost can be leveled if you drop it like a cm or two.

No worries. There are some things that you don't actually notice till you ride it...just glad you didn't just ride it a certain way and it discourage you from riding at all!
