Found this complete for sale while I was on a trip 12 hours away from home. Had room in the car and was too good a deal to pass up!

More Info:
40mm tire on 17mm internal rim clears easy everywhere but near the brake bridge. Surly says max 38c tire but I think you could squeeze a 42 on here heheh
