So what kind of clearance would you say it has? I've seen a frame come up recently and I already have a pair of 40c Maxxis tires, curious if they would fit.

Can fit 40c tires on 700c hoops as long as you're not running fenders. Otherwise, go down to 650's.

Thanks. Not sure on the width. Whatever width that accommodates up to 35c tires. I think they're the 45mm wide fenders.

Gotta go custom man! I bought the bare frameset, and pieced it all together. Final cost was not much more than the complete, but with higher quality components that I hand picked.

Yeah I got one of the Sora complete builds, but wish I had waited for the frame sets to go on sale. $300 shipped was an insane deal!

This is insanely nice build, love the raw finish of the frame! If they sold these frames in Europe I'd buy one in a heartbeat.

Do the DA levers work well with disc brakes, or are you using some sort of adapter to adjust the pull?

Just to add a little: they appear to be the road version of the BB7's so they should work fine as is.

Been a lot of fun. I've needed a bike like this for a while. Was hoping to find a Lemond Poprad in my size, got tired of looking/waiting. Glad I got this built.
