Most likely 1 1/8. I've never seen a Wound Up fork that has a carbon steerer tube that is 1". Usually they are steel from what I have seen and even mine is steel. |

Are you sure if it's an actual dent from an accident or something that was purposely there? Some frames have tubing like that. |
