1989 GT Timberline SS/BMX

Found this frame for $20 at my local co op, and I'm going to build it into a bmx/klunker single speed franken bike. let the build commence.

Carver 26" 1" Threadless fork/Ritchey 1" headset

S&M 5" chrome race bar/GT piston stem

Flite/Kalloy Post

Brakes:
V brake up front, chainstay u brake in rear, avid levers

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Mavic Rim, LX Hub, Schwalbe rock razor

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
DT swiss rim, XT hub, conti mtn king

Thanks! It’s a great ride. The fork has more rake than I was expecting but since it was 1” threadless I had to go for it. At some point I want to get a custom bmx fork made and paint matched but that will be expensive so it will have to wait.
