If you're experiencing pains while riding it's probably because of a poor bike fitting. Switch to clipless pedals and get a shop to fit you properly. Best investment ever. :P

it was mostly because of the drop bars i had it was mostly for racing.. everything is perfect for longer rides now no worries

Switching to clipless pedals won't have any affect on the way the bike fits.

@Brndnlpz bro, do you even clipless? There's a noticeable difference switching from cages to clipless... Foot height is different because the profile from foot to axle is lower. Also since your foot is locked in position depending on where you align your cleat it shifts your sitting position forward or aft.

I'd second getting a pro fit. You'll be surprised how much better it is than just going by "what feels good/right"

ty! oh i got lucky with them.. i was looking all over for them online and saw them at some japan site and was about to buy them.. but went riding one night with one of my friend.. and his friends came and we was talking about it and he had a pair he wasn't using so i bought it from him for only 30$ so i was a happy person.. most of my parts i got lucky and got it for cheap

they ride really smooth feel like i can go alot faster with them.. lol maybe cause every part new.. the cog the crank the wheels all newlet u know a few rides in.. how you been?

Ty! xD I love my drop bars. I dislike riding on risers now.. Dunnoe why now when I'm riding with risers it feels like a kids bike lol I got lucky on the SagLife Straps.

recently just got my thomson stem bolts that i had to replace.. and my Selle San Marco Concor Black is coming in today cant wait.. im thinking about getting a new crank... maybe SRAM Omnium? what you think?
