Lugged track frame for sale

Fairly certain this is an Italian pista from the era when several makers were outsourcing to Belgian boutique frame builders. Serial # starts with 91.

56.5 square lugged steel track frame

Fork/Headset:
Chris King gripnut

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Sugino 75

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
48T Sugino 75, 17T Dura-Ace, Izumi Chain
