Still looking for a period correct CX crank with lower chainrings but beside that a great bike for it's age. Now fitted with vintage Shimano bar end shifters, other saddle, brake levers and bar tape.

You sure right about that point! Only peace I had to replace - thought something happend to the previous owner of the derailleur... It was the cable guide which was cracked.
