The handlebars on this bike was too wide for my 4-year old son. I replaced both stem and bars to give the bike a mountain bike look instead of the stock BMX. Future plans is to replace the fork, as he grows, to a 18" suspension fork, that will raise the bars and give the bike a true mountain bike geometry.
