I've got the same frame, but I can't figure out how to set up the front derailleur with the extra FD cable stop doohickey. Can you comment on how you did it?

Thank you! It is actually exactly the same process like with any other top pull derailleur with the only difference that a cable stop is missing on the seat tube. Instead the housing continues and is seated with its ferrule into the FD directly. The cable continues through the FD and is clamped around the eyelet on the bb shell. Start by setting the low limit screw so that the chain is not rubbing on the FD in the lowest gear front and rear, clamp the cable and work you way from there. Hope this helps.
