I found most of what you see here on eBay. I got a great deal on the frame and went from there. I was able to order a new sticker package from Surly, but changed the placement of some to my own liking. I did my best to do it right this time around, and I have to say, I'm immensely happy with this build. This bike is comfortable, stiff, lightweight, quiet, and smooth as butter!
