Faggin

Delightful original Faggin with superb original chrome and paint...

Frame:
Faggin Columbus tube frame with Pantoed BB shell, , lugs and fork crown. Chrome seat caps, chain stays, seat stays

Fork/Headset:
Faggins own Columbus chrome fork with Pantoed crown

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Pantographed Campagnolo GS BB, crankset and chainwheels

Pedals:
Campag Pro-Fit Ti

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
13/26 cassette with 53/42 chain wheels. The white cables that came with the bike detracted from the frame I thought, so I have replaced these with more period black. Big improvement I think...

Derailleurs/Shifters:
Campagnolo Nuevo Record deralieurres and shifters. Looking to swap out for a Nuvo Gran Sport rear mech.

Handlebars/Stem:
Originally Cinelli stem with Cinelli Giro dItalia bars, cotton tape, however the stem was to short for me and I have now swapped this set up out for gorgeous 3ttt Superlaggera crit bars and matching stem. Reused the yellow tape

Saddle/Seatpost:
Pantographed fluted post with mint Cinelli Unicantor saddle

Brakes:
Campagnolo GS levers and calipers

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Campagnolo hub (super smooth) with Mavic MA2 rim

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Campagnolo hub (super smooth) with Mavic MA2 rim

Accessories:
Period bottle cage

More Info:
Really tight geometry making it fast yet stable and super smooth on the 25mm Continentals. I think they do rob a bit of performance over sprint tubs though...

Thanks Bob, I have changed out the bars and stem for 3ttt Superelagerra and the Jagwire casings for plain black, much better. Changed the cage for a period item too. Thinking of putting some sprint tub rims on as its just not as lively as other bikes I ride with that set-up. Lovely and smooth with the 25mm Continentals though... James.
