1901 Peugeot Course-Piste

Very tall (70 cm) factory custom frame. Had been converted to a touring bike, who knows why. I found race parts to bring back the original setup.

the crankset and the fork seem to me to young for a 1901 model. A photo of the serial number would help to better evaluate it.

Serial numbers on Peugeot bikes are totally worthless. They had frames made by multiple frame builders each with their own numbering system. Peugeot bikes can not be identified by year or location built is absolutely not possible. The serial number ID is a myth perpetuated by idiots.
