1984 Vitus 979

Got this complete frame for real cheap on eBay. Had all the bolt-ons in storage. Total weight is just under 18 lbs. This bike lives up to the reviews, light and quick and very flexy. Decals are original except replica headbadge from Greg at Cyclomondo.net

Vitus bonded aluminum, 56 cm, blue anodized

Fork/Headset:
Vitus aluminum

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Stronglight TS crankset, drilled

Derailleurs/Shifters:
Campagnolo Nuovo Record

Handlebars/Stem:
3TTT

Saddle/Seatpost:
Velo saddle. Found this interesting seat post on craigslist

Brakes:
Universal Mod. 77

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Wolber 700c rims, Panaracer tires front and rear, Pelissier quick releases

Widowmaker is right. I crashed it the other day, dislocated shoulder and lots of road rash. I don't know how but the bake made it without a single scratch.
