1976 Carabela

In the 1970s Windsor and Carabela brand bicycles were hand made in Mexico by AcerMex. The Windsor name has since been bought and attached to Chinese imports. This classic Carabela frame has nice Nervex style lugs and Falck tubing.

Falck tubing, Nervex style lugs, Suntour GS adjustable dropouts.

Fork/Headset:
High tensile replacement fork; looking for a better replacement.

Suntour Vx front and rear/ Suntour down tube

DiaComp center pull

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Sunshine hubs/27 1 1/4

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Sunshine hubs/27 1 1/4

More Info:
Back in the day, some thought these to be a low buck race worthy bike. By today's standards, this is simply an old fashioned, yet comfortable ride.
