A custom built trailer/ stroller design for handi-capped early teen child.
A mix of bike parts and steel tubing.
A 12" kids bike fork/ steering tube is used for the stroller part of the design.
A handle bar is mounted on the rear section for pushing the design in stroller mode.
A custom made seat with adjustment points for the child's growth.
A rear mounted brake to act as a parking brake.
Either a front mounted 12" by 2.125" tire or a modified fork with multiple steering points and mounting points to attach the fork to the bike frame.
20" by 1.95" tires.
This trailer was designed for a little girl so she could be taken out on family rides. The front section uses a interchangable bike mounting hitch/ front wheel assembly depending on how it is to be used. This trailer was built in 1999. Although it is not a bike, it uses bike parts to get it built up. It is nice to see others besides riders enjoy the outdoors that can not have use a bike at all.
